I decided to take my favorite cream cheese coffee cake recipe (original) and make it into something more springy/summery by adding strawberries. The original is SO good on its own, adding strawberries to it, made it twice as good. I made this for a potluck we had on Easter and it was a big hit. I wasn't able to serve it until after everyone had eaten dinner and dessert because I didn't get it into the oven until everyone had arrived. But there was a few people that waited and didn't eat any dessert to have some room in tummies for the cake. They all said, "totally worth the wait".
